The prerequisites for meaningful participation in the hands-on exercises are listed below.
- Active ICER HPCC account
- Basic understanding of the HPCC resource environment and the SLURM scheduler
- Basic competency with R and GNU/Linux Operating Systems
The learning objectives for this training are listed below.
- Understand R modules on the HPCC
- Understand R user environments on the HPCC
- Use the OnDemand web portal to launch an R-Studio Session on the HPCC
- Use R packages to parallelize processes
