Updating Host Identification Keys for Gateway Nodes

As part of our ongoing upgrade of the operating system and improving our security posture, we will update the host identification keys of our gateway nodes. After the winter break, you may be unable to log in and/or receive an error indicating that your system is unable to establish the authenticity of the remote host. This is to be expected when we update the host identification keys and is not a cause for concern. You can safely accept the new host key and find it on our FAQ page so you can verify that it is the correct host. Our HPCC Service Status page will have the latest updates on this process. As always, if you have any questions or issues connecting after the host identification key change, please open a ticket.
