System Migration to CentOS 7

The operation system of HPCC nodes are going to be migrated from Linux Centos 6 to Centos 7. We are testing the new system on some HPCC nodes to make sure the transition is smooth. We also installed softwares requested by some users, which can only run on Centos 7 system. The testing is working well now. 

If you have any software that can not run on Centos 6, please let us know. We can let you try install and run softwares on our Centos 7 nodes. The migration will soon go through most of the HPCC nodes. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at https://contact.icer.msu.edu
