Biography
John Vusich is a Ph.D. candidate in the Cell and Molecular Biology program and a member of the Andrechek lab. His research involves characterizing transcriptional regulation and epigenetics during mammary gland development and breast cancer tumorigenesis using multi-omics. As an ICER intern, he works with the Bioinformatics Core to make running biological sequencing analysis pipelines on the HPCC more accessible to researchers who do not have a bioinformatics background.
