Supercomputing Resources for Social Scientists at MSU
ICER’s Director of Training, Dr. Laura Harris, will present Supercomputing Resources for Social Scientists at MSU on Friday, May 14th, at noon. This presentation will be part of MSU’s Social Science Data Analytics (SSDA) initiative.
"At the Institute for Cyber-Enabled Research (ICER), we provide high-performance computing resources to researchers who need to boost the computing power of their current workstation. Along with computational power, ICER also provides many support and training services for researchers who are new to supercomputing. This presentation will explain some of the resources at ICER that social science researchers may find helpful. These include OnDemand, research consultant services, data storage, and parallel computing that can run computationally intensive programs. Basic ICER resources are free to MSU affiliates. There will be time for questions and discussion following the presentation."
