Dr. Liz Munch with text that says "ICER RESEARCH HIGHLIGHT"

We are proud to announce that an ICER Research Highlight documentary short has won the w3 Award for Best in Show - Science and Technology Video. “The Puzzle of Topological Data Analysis,” created by ICER Communications Manager Michelle David, was selected from over 3,000 entries across the globe representing advertising agencies, PR firms, digital agencies, in-house creative professionals, web designers, and graphic designers. Best in Show selections represent the highest mark of distinction and are awarded to no more than 1% of all work entered.

The w3 Awards honor creative excellence on the web and recognize the people behind award-winning sites, marketing programs, social content, mobile site and apps, and online video. The ICER Research Highlight documentary shorts feature the advanced innovation and research possible through the High-Performance Computing Center (HPCC) at Michigan State University.

“The Puzzle of Topological Data Analysis,” featuring Dr. Liz Munch, illustrates her work in an area of math that focuses on the shape and structure of data.
